  • Steve Lund, Kapoho Beach Lots Renovation (2013–2014):
     
    • Designed “As Built” and new renovations: lanai bedroom, bathrooms, upper living areas
       
    • Managed permit approvals (County Planning Dept. setback exceptions, suspended cantilevered deck over pond, side entry deck encroachment)
